TGEP Cloud is a product provided by Shenzhen TG-EP Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we"). When you use our services, we may collect and use your related information. We attach great importance to personal information security and privacy protection, so we have formulated a privacy policy covering how we collect and use your personal information when you use our services through the TGEP Cloud application (hereinafter referred to as the "application").

1. Information We Collect

We may collect, store and use the following information related to you when providing services. If you do not provide relevant information, you may not be able to register as our user or access certain services.

• Personal information, such as telephone numbers, email addresses, etc., provided by you when registering an account or using our services.
• When creating a power station, we may collect your username, country/region, timezone, mobile number, company name, shipping address, and code of your superior dealer/installer. We collect this information to provide better service and will not use it for any other purposes.

2. Information Storage

• We store your information securely using local storage (e.g., app data caching), databases, and server logs.
• We generally retain your personal information only for the period necessary to achieve the service purpose or as required by laws and regulations.

• We store users' personal information in China in compliance with local laws and regulations.
• We currently do not transfer or store personal information across borders. If cross-border transfer becomes necessary in the future, we will inform you of the purpose, recipient, security measures, risks involved, and obtain your explicit consent.

• If our product or service ceases operation, we will notify you via push notifications, announcements, etc., and delete your personal information or anonymize it within a reasonable period, unless otherwise required by law.

3. Information Security

We employ various security technologies and procedures to prevent loss, misuse, unauthorized access, or disclosure of information. For example, we use encryption technology (such as SSL) to protect your personal information in certain services. However, please understand that due to technical limitations and potential malicious attacks, we cannot guarantee 100% information security in the internet industry. 6. System Privacy Permissions

TGEP Cloud only accesses the following system permissions:

Purpose: Uploading avatars, images when creating power stations

Authorization Method: Pop-up request when accessing features for the first time

Can be Disabled: Yes

7. Your Rights

During service usage, we provide mechanisms for you to query, delete, correct, or withdraw your personal information. Refer to specific guides for operations. If you cannot exercise these rights through normal channels, contact us via the provided email, and we will respond according to legal requirements.

You can request account deactivation at any time. After deactivation, we will delete or anonymize your personal information except as required by law.

8. Privacy Policy Updates

We may update this privacy policy. Updates will be notified during version updates with the effective date. By continuing to use the service, you agree to the revised policy.

9. Children's Personal Information

Our services are primarily designed for adults. Children under parental consent cannot create accounts. If we collect children's information with valid consent, we will only use/disclose it as permitted by law or for child protection purposes. Unauthorized collection will be promptly deleted.
